8:20: cop picked up wheelchair at Montrose and Pulaski, bringing it back to St. Louis and Lawrence.

*I wonder if this is the same homeless man that hangs out in a wheelchair along Ainslie sometimes. He can walk, and is not mentally challenged even though he pretends to be to get free pizza and a drink from Noli's. (former Noli's Pizzeria employee-)
